Starlite Studio for Yoga and Spiritual Wellness offers a free monthly discussion group for those exploring spiritual development and personal growth. Please join us on Second Sundays at The Spiritual Salon, where in a supportive community setting, we'll discuss topics such as life purpose, acceptance, meditation, finding meaning and balance, making authentic choices, and discovering who you really are. The Salon offers a great way to get to know others in the community who are on a spiritual path while deepening your own practice.
